Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant (all genders)

Your Mission

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise industry-specific and function-specificAIand data strategy develop value cases and roadmaps shape AI and data operating models and platformstrategy embed Responsible AI and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights engaging senior client stakeholders leading workstreams and large-scale delivery and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Your Daily Work

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.

• Define and structure an organizations data and AI strategy to build andoptimizedata assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

• Assess maturity of an organizations AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization including technology and AI platform blueprint datastrategyand future-ready operating model.

• Create the business case investmentprofileand roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap develop plan forleveragingecosystem partners and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

• Identifypeopleprocessesand technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.

• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

Who You Are

• AI & Data experience including solutioning designing or delivering AI & Data projects

• High-value consulting experience including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience

• Experience in managing senior stakeholders

• Engineering problem-solver mindset ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems

• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills

• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities

• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams foster collaboration and inclusion and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients

• Completed Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business technology data science engineering or a related discipline.

• Applicants must be fluent in German both written and spoken.
