JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland we are looking for an Electrical Project Manager (M/F) to support large-scale e-mobility infrastructure projects.
Reporting to an Operations Manager your main responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate electrical infrastructure projects related to electric bus charging systems.
Act as the main interface between stakeholders suppliers engineering teams and subcontractors.
Manage project planning execution budget risks and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure efficient communication between French-speaking and German-speaking stakeholders.
Monitor engineering activities procurement installation and commissioning phases.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
Organize and lead project meetings providing regular progress reporting.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
Support the successful handover and acceptance of installations.
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Power Systems Electrotechnics or a related field and have significant experience managing electrical infrastructure projects.
Requirements
Strong background in electrical engineering and power distribution systems.
Proven experience in project management within industrial infrastructure transportation or energy environments.
Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and external partners.
Good understanding of electrical installations commissioning activities and site management.
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Autonomous proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Languages
Fluent French is mandatory.
Fluent German is mandatory.
English is considered a strong asset.
Nice to Have
Experience in e-mobility EV charging infrastructure or transportation electrification projects.
Knowledge of medium-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
Experience working on public infrastructure or energy transition projects.
