Your Mission
Join us at CDDS to bring next-generation control guidance and state-estimation algorithms into high-speed kinetic interceptor drones.
We are looking for an experienced Drone pilot & operations Engineer to:
take ownership of flight operations and field tests
support the integration and production of drone platforms
help improve production and test workflows
We move at a high pace and priorities shift quickly. You should be comfortable building in an environment where the problem and responsibilities can change underneath you.
What you will be working on
Pilot interceptor drones and support flight operations
Organize and conduct field tests
Assemble integrate calibrate and maintain drone systems
Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and workshop
Qualifikation
Your Profile
We are looking for people who thrive in a fast paced start-up on rapid prototyping and hands-on flight testing. Implementing quick fixes and tests under pressure. Additionally you are ready to travel to test locations abroad and be part of customer demonstrations all over the world.
Required
Flight Experience with UAVs
Experience assembling integrating calibrating and maintaining UAV systems
Strong practical and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working outdoors and conducting field tests
Open to travel often
Nice to have
Background in production manufacturing or mechanical assembly
EASA drone certifications (A1/A3 A2 STS or equivalent)
Competitive robotics or UAV competition experience
Drivers license
