You will act as the critical support to the SVP People Lead Europe and lead the Engagement agenda for the Zurich Lightcube & Zug. The People Team will rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of diary management meeting planning & coordination apprentice supervision and a strong engagement plan for our Swiss colleagues.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
- Develop an annual engagement plan and coordinate implementation of this plan
- Organize and manage the community champions to drive the engagement plan
- Perform all duties as needed related to budget expenses and purchasing processes
- Answer emails responding to queries and requests appropriately
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel events meetings training etc. where required

- Administration support and engagement planning roles
- Highly developed customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
- Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude very good communication andinterpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
- German speaking preferable
