- You develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories throughout their entire strategic lifecycle.
- You leverage spend market supplier and demand analytics to identify savings opportunities mitigate risks and drive evidence-based procurement decisions
- You design maintain and enhance KPI dashboards benchmarks and business cases to support informed decision-making.
- You drive product standardization portfolio optimization and data harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency and unlock synergies across the organization
- You lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across Procurement Hospitals Supply Chain Management and Business Functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Pharmacy Life Sciences or a related discipline ideally complemented by professional certifications in Strategic Procurement or Category Management
- You bring at least five years of experience in Category Management ideally within healthcare or another complex and regulated environment.
- You possess strong analytical capabilities and proven expertise in spend analytics KPI management statistics and data-driven decision-making.
- You successfully navigate complex stakeholder environments build alignment across diverse interest groups and communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
- You work in a structured self-driven and solution-oriented manner have strong SAP MM and Microsoft Office skills and combine a commercial mindset with excellent execution project management capabilities and strong communication skills in German and English.
