C Software Engineer - R&D

We are looking for a C Software Engineer who will contribute to our software development and data acquisition system data processing and image reconstruction algorithms. You will improve software performance add new software features help collect test data and create component and system tests for our nuclear medical imaging devices.

You help build complex medical products while ensuring high quality reliability safety for patients and maintainability.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the development optimization and testing of our data acquisition (DAQ) system
• Write highly optimized low-latency C code to process massive streams of sensor/hardware data in real time
• Support design of calibration procedure for sensors and hardware components
• Contribute to image reconstruction algorithms in C and Python
• Implement and test production level code in C
• Collaborate on data collection and analysis framework
• Structure your work according to medical device regulations (requirements planning documentation) i.e. ISO 13485 IEC/EN 62304 EN ISO 14971

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years experience
• Master degree or higher
• Experience in regulated industry is a plus
