About the role

As a Business Analyst at MS Reinsurance you will be integral to our ongoing transformation efforts.Youhavestronginterpersonalskills are excellent in managing cross-functional teamsandcanleverage your analytical expertise and industry knowledge to facilitate improvements and support various strategic initiatives within the organization ensuring alignment with both client needs and business objectives.Reporting into theHead of Business ChangeMS Reinsurance

Your responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess business needsidentify actionable solutionsand help them drive business decisions.

• Support the planning and execution of projects ensuring they align with the overall strategy and objectives of MS Reinsurance.

• Employ your strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Stay updated on the latest developments in the industry including Agile methodologies and the applications of artificial intelligence to drive innovative approaches.

• Be hands-on and flexible in taking on various roles to support initiatives and the wider business change.

• Demonstrate awareness of change management challenges and assist in navigating them to ensure smooth transitions.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity showing genuine interest in understanding and supporting people throughout the change process.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Business Finance Economics).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the reinsurance industry or 3-5 years of consulting experience in process and project management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to distil complex topics into clear understandable recommendations.

• A proactive and curious mindset enthusiastic about learning and adapting to new industry developments.

• Fluent in both English and German
