ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our international team and work on projects for Swiss banking clients contributing to business analysis project governance process improvement and transformation ideal candidate has around 5 years of professional experience in business analysis project management consulting or similar roles preferably within the financial services this role you will work closely with business stakeholders IT teams and external providers helping translate business needs into structured requirements processes and effective you enjoy solving complex business challenges working across different teams and contributing directly to successful project delivery this role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise in a dynamic and international consulting environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project activities and workstreams ensuring effective planning coordination and delivery
• Gather analyze document and validate business and functional requirements
• Analyze business processes and identify gaps risks and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business IT stakeholders and external providers to define effective and sustainable solutions
• Support testing activities including UAT coordination issue management and solution validation
• Prepare project documentation status reports and governance materials
• Support change management initiatives communication activities and user adoption
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of projects processes and methodologies

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Around 5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis Project Management and Business Transformation
• Previous experience in Banking Financial Services or Consulting is strongly preferred
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Business Administration Management Engineering or related fields
• Experience in business analysis project planning coordination governance
• Good understanding of process mapping and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; German or French will be considered a plus
• Strong sense of ownership accountability and attention to detail
• Proactive collaborative and team-oriented mindset
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
