Odne (formerly Lumendo) founded in 2018 and spun out of ETH Zürich and EPFL Lausanne is on a mission to revolutionize endodontic treatments in the US and EU. Our advanced cleaning technology and light-activated filler help patients keep their natural teeth longer.

Position Overview

We are looking for a curious and independent to enrich our team and support our product development efforts for 6 - 12 months. You will work on improving our products running lab tests and contributing to regulatory documentation. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical engineering prototyping and regulatory experience while helping expand the reach of a life-changing product.

• Support all aspects of the product development process from formulation optimization (X-ray CBCT IR analysis viscosity testing) to market approval and manufacturing
• Conduct material stability and shelf-life testing by spectroscopic and photopolymerization analysis
• Develp and execute benchtop and perfromance test
• Improve product designs based on market feedback
• Generate experimental data for marketing purposes
• Keep detailed documentation and write clear concise technical reports for use in our regulatory files

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in science or engineering (e.g. material science life-science)
• Experience in lab work with the ability to work independently efficiently and safely
• Interest in biomaterials and medical devices
• Experience in prototyping and building test setups
• High motivation and a strong sense of responsibility with an independent and well-organized working style
• Outgoing and hands-on personality with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Available full-time for 612 months.
