• Provide timely on-site engineering support to clients for audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV systems ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls installations and repairs to ensure consistency and reliability in service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide clients with innovative and efficient solutions.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in AV engineering or a related field with a strong understanding of AV systems and technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting AV equipment and systems including video conferencing projectors and sound systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
