During your four-year apprenticeship at our Zurich location youll not only learn a lot but also immerse yourself in exciting projects with our clients.

Your mission

The world of IT is waiting for youare you ready to shape it In your apprenticeship as an application developer youll dive deep into digital transformation. Youll learn how to develop software program apps and design innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Your journey begins with two intensive years of training at our partner companies Noser Young AG or TIE International AG in Zurich. After that youll join Accenture and enter the exciting world of IT consulting where youll apply your knowledge in real-world projects.

Your daily work

  IT is essential in todays world! At Accenture youll have the chance to learn this exciting profession and contribute to digitalization projects.

• Learn programming languages and develop your own software.
  Youll get hands-on experience with different programming languages app development and software design. Additionally youll learn how to maintain applications and provide optimal support.

• Find the best IT solutions for our clients.
  As an application developer youll identify client needs analyze their current situation and propose solutions along with their advantages and disadvantages.

• Start your apprenticeship with a strong partner.
  The first two years of your training will take place at our training partners Noser Young AG or TIE International AG in Zurich. Afterwards youll gain practical experience in IT consulting at Accenture through real-world projects.

• Immerse yourself in the world of IT and application development.
  Youll be part of a dynamic team collaborating with colleagues and gradually deepening your expertise in IT and application development.

Who you are

• Completed compulsory education (highest level e.g. Sek A or Gymnasium).

• Excellent grades in science mathematics and English.

• Strong logical and abstract thinking skills.

• Initiative and a sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
