Accountant ( 10 33)

Aritec New Materials AG is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support the finance function at headquarters and across selected subsidiaries. The role is designed for a senior accounting professional seeking a flexible workload of 10%30% with home office possible but physical presence in the office required once or twice per month needed.

Review AR/AP with the accountants of our subsidiaries on a weekly basis.

Support preparation and follow-up of Swiss VAT declarations on a quarterly basis.

Support HQ expense accounting and related reviews.

Support periodic P&L review and financial analysis.

Support selected German VAT declarations.

Support with yearly book closing activities & Swiss tax declaration processes.

Coordinate with external accountants tax advisors and internal stakeholders as needed.

Swiss accounting experience is absolutely required. Applications without Swiss accounting experience will not be considered.

Ideally more than 10 years of professional accounting experience.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and practical finance processes.

Solid experience with Swiss VAT declarations and compliance requirements.

Experience supporting annual closing tax declaration processes and management reporting.

Experience working with international entities or subsidiaries is an advantage.

Experience with German VAT matters is a plus.

Structured reliable and able to work independently.

Good communication skills in an international business environment.
