Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager in Nassjö to lead our warehousing and distribution activities ensuring the highest standards of safety efficiency and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse teams fostering a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations to meet business and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health safety environmental and quality standards.
- Drive operational performance through effective resource planning inventory accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain warehouse procedures ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or equivalent experience.
- Warehousing experience leadership experience would be an advantage.
- Fluent Swedish language skills and good English language skills
- Strong leadership coaching communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience driving change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical commercial and financial acumen.
- Advanced PC and Excel skills.
- Hands-on customer-focused and self-motivated mindset.
