What you would do as our UX/UI Designer
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for making sure the companys digital products are easy clear and safe to use. The role focuses on understanding how care professionals actually work and then designing interfaces that help them do their job smoothly without confusion or frustration. The designer works closely with product managers and developers and helps shape consistent user experiences across several products as they grow into scalable global platforms.

In this role you will report to the Techlead and PO QIACCESS.

You would also:

  • Understand user needs by talking to users observing how they work and identifying usability problems.
  • Design clear user flows wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Turn business requirements and technical constraints into simple intuitive design solutions.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to make sure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Ensure usability accessibility and consistency across multiple products and platforms.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone with:

  • 3 years of experience working as a UX Designer UI Designer or Product Designer in digital product teams.
  • Experience designing web and mobile applications preferably systems or tools used in professional/work environments.
  • Strong understanding of usercentred design including user research usability testing and iterative design.
  • Practical skills in creating user flows wireframes prototypes and clear interface designs.
  • Experience working closely with product managers and developers in agile or productdriven teams.

The role requires someone who is curious and genuinely interested in understanding users and their everyday challenges. Experience of working with AI solutions as well as a strong personal interest in the development and application of AI is highly meritorious. This interest is central to the role as it is important that the person is motivated to be part of and actively contribute to the journey of our new Global Offering business unit where AI plays an increasingly important role in shaping future offerings.

The person needs to be structured and able to maintain an overview while working on several products in parallel. Strong communication skills are essential as the designer must clearly explain design decisions to developers product managers and other stakeholders. The ideal person is collaborative open to feedback and comfortable adjusting designs based on input data and user insights. As the work is carried out in an international environment the person also needs to feel confident communicating and collaborating in English and enjoy working across teams and cultures.
