General Description of the Role

The User Engagement Director owns the end-to-end user lifecycle focusing on onboarding retention and database health. This role bridges the gap between Marketing and Product & Tech to resolve journey fragmentation creating a seamless user experience and driving sustainable commercial growth through sophisticated relationship management.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user lifecycle including onboarding retention and customer database health to resolve current journey fragmentation.
• Align growth goals between Marketing and Product & Tech and our Business Units (Mobility Recommerce Real Estate Jobs Travel) to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience.
• Oversee user engagement strategies and execution to drive sustainable commercial outcomes.
• Manage centralised CRM resources that support vertical-specific lifecycle and campaign communications.

Qualifications & Experiences

• Significant experience in CRM Lifecycle Marketing or Retention strategy at scale.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level CRM platforms marketing automation tools CDPs and segmentation tools.
• Strong understanding of user segmentation A/B testing and customer database management.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex automated multi-channel workflows.
• Highly collaborative partner capable of aligning cross-functional product and engineering teams.
