Transactions and Investor Services practice (mfd)

Roland Berger is looking for hires to our Nordic Transactions and Investor Services (TIS) practice based in Stockholm.

Our TIS practice is the ideal place for professionals with a passion for M&A and to create value for investors. You will work closely with Private Equity and strategic investors in all stages of the investment process from target search M&A due diligence value creation and exit.

If you have 2 years of experience in CDD/CVDD M&A advisory or value creation and are fluent in a Nordic language wed love to hear from you. Exciting challenges await you.

Qualifications :

• You have a masters degree in economics/business and/or engineering or equivalent.
• You have 2 years of experience in Strategy consulting Private Equity Investment banking or other relevant experience from M&A advisory
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills including financial modelling
• You work with precision and you are open-minded
• You like to work in teams
• You have good written and oral presentation skills and speak a Nordic language as well as English fluently.
