Test Specialist (OSS, NOC, SOC)

Your role
As an OSS NOC SOC Test Specialist at Capgemini Engineering you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity reliability and security of missioncritical telecom services through rigorous endtoend testing and validation. You will work closely with OSS Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to validate network infrastructure systems and security mechanisms supporting highly available telecom environments.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans for OSS NOC and SOC platforms including service assurance and service fulfilment
• Validating endtoend integrations between OSS/NOC/SOC tools and telecom network elements such as switches routers and firewalls
• Conducting functional performance and security testing of network management monitoring and incident handling systems
• Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity testing while documenting results and recommending improvements to reliability and security
  
  Your profile

• Strong understanding of OSS NOC and SOC functions within telecom environments
• 8-12 years of experience with network management systems (NMS) monitoring and incident management tools
• Expertise in testing telecom protocols (e.g. SS7 SIP MPLS LTE 5G) and security mechanisms
• Excellent documentation reporting and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  
  (Experience with test automation scripting and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP ITIL CISSP or ISO 27001 are considered advantageous.)
