Territory Manager TAVI and Structural Intervention Sweden

We are looking for a Territory Manager to drive commercial success and expand our Structural Heart portfolio across Sweden.
This is a fieldbased position focused on building strong customer relationships identifying growth opportunities and supporting interventional cardiology teams with TAVI and Structural Intervention procedures.

What Youll Do

• Achieve sales targets and take full accountability for commercial results

• Set ambitious realistic yearly targets and provide accurate forecasts

• Protect price and market share using proactive solutionoriented strategies

• Deliver infield technical support during implants and followup procedures

• Prepare highquality competitive tender submissions

• Support congresses workshops and local promotional events

• Develop and execute referral strategies to support therapy adoption and growth

• Manage consignment and stock across assigned accounts

• Record procedure activity and competitive intelligence in SFDC

• Build strategic account development plans and business recommendations

• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and coordinate local KOL engagement

• Help identify and develop future KOLs within the region

What Were Looking For

• Strong commercial experience at Sales Representative level preferably in medtech

• Clinical or commercial cardiology background is highly valuable

• Degree in a scientific or business field

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

• Strong influencing and stakeholdermanagement skills

• Demonstrated success in selling and building longterm customer relationships

• Team player with strong facilitation abilities

• Highly organized able to prioritize and drive independent projects

• Experience coordinating activities with clinical centers and KOLs
