Technical Product Owner

0TO9 is a fast-growing profitable European fintech bank built on a unique model: in parallel with our banking operations we act as a venture builder launching entrepreneur-driven portfolio companies with capital licenses and infrastructure from day one each a different banking product or vertical. We build alongside a team of founders colleagues and investors who bring some of the strongest track records in banking and fintech.

As Technical Product Owner youll work at the heart of the infrastructure our portfolio companies run on. That covers Z9 the shared platform of vendors tools and integrations used across the group and our core banking system. Youll be the link between the portfolio companies the bank and our technology partners making sure needs are understood prioritized and delivered. This is a hands-on role where youll get real responsibility early work closely with experienced founders and colleagues and grow your ownership as we scale. What youll do:

• Own and prioritize the backlog for Z9 and the core banking system

• Gather and structure needs from the portfolio companies and turn them into clear requirements and user stories

• Work closely with engineers and vendors to drive delivery from specification and testing to release

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and integrations and follow up on performance and SLAs

• Keep documentation and the vendor overview up to date together with risk and compliance

Youre technically curious structured and eager to learn how banking works under the hood. You enjoy solving problems with many different people and youre comfortable taking ownership in an environment where things move fast and structures are still being built. Wed expect you to bring:

• Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or similar background

• A solid understanding of APIs and system integrations

• Fluency in English and Swedish

• Experience with core banking lending or payment systems is a plus
