We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive technical excellence within our Forecasting team while developing a relatively junior group into a cohesive high performing this role you will combine hands-on technical leadership with coaching and business alignment ensuring scalable ML solutions that deliver real value.

About the Role

As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for guiding the team across Data Science Data Engineering and MLOps shaping both ways of working and technical direction. Youll act as a coach mentor and key partner to the business - bridging knowledge gaps and ensuring the team focuses on the right problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach & develop the team through mentoring code reviews pair programming and structured learning plans

• Set technical direction for models pipelines and deployment ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions

• Strengthening engineering and ML practices including testing CI/CD monitoring and reproducibility

• Drive agile ways of working and create a predictable delivery rhythm

• Translate business needs into ML solutions and proactively identify new high-impact use cases

• Ensure delivery of production-ready solutions balancing short- and long-term needs

• Align cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders

• Lead by example with hands-on contribution and high-quality code
