AsaSystems Business Analystyou willplay a key part in pursuing increased business efficiency and global alignment through sales & marketing systems and tools main focusin this role being on sales systems and processes primarilysupported throughSalesforce.
Beforeitsdecided to develop and implement any new functionalityan analysisand specificationofthe requirementsis needed as well as mapping & alignment of alsoensurethat the agreed improvements arerolled outtimelyand successfullytowards this role you willclosely workwith Information SystemsHead-RegionsandGlobalSales& Marketing.
Key responsibility areasinclude but are not limited to:
Manage requirements:
Drive business analysis through considering stakeholder needs with a view of the capabilities of the platform.
Analyzeand specifythe benefits consequences impact onbusiness incoming requirements.
Map underlying processesandensureglobal alignmentwith the Global Process Owner.
Cooperate withSalesMarketingand Information Systems stakeholdersto drive alignment and efficiency ofconnectedsalesandmarketing processesthat are supported through the system.
Manage system implementation:
Specify requests as a base forproductowner/sto approve and prioritize.
Translate the requested needs from users intobusiness user stories/acceptance criteriafor development.
Helpverifyingtechnicalacceptance criteria for approved development of the systems.
Together with process experts anduserstest changes prior to release.
Facilitate base documentation to support post-release process where necessary.
Focus area issales systems & processes but support through the above inmarketing systems and processesmay be relevantas.
Drive assigned projects and tasks and any other ad hoc duties as and when.

You are a good communicator with peopleandnetworking skillsandwith a good ability to coordinate between many stakeholdersmainly within like to work in a global environment characterized by aremany parallel projects/tasks/requests thatwill beinvestigateddevelopedand/or implemented at the same time you will need to be structured good at setting priorities and withgood timemanagement skills.
As apersonyou are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues. You are not afraid to navigate in an environment ofchangeand you are open tothinking outside the box.Managing the above means that you areservice mindedyet focused on details and make sure that processesproceduresand timelinesare followed. When necessary you challenge the information provided toyouandyouensuredriving acommon global way of working.
We believe that you have:
Proven experience (5years) in business analysis requirements management or a similar rolewithin Salesforce
Proven thorough hands-on experience withinSalesforce
Strong understanding ofsales& sales operationalprocesses
Experience with system implementation and user acceptance testing
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiencyin requirements gathering analysis and documentation
Proficiencyin writing user stories and business acceptance criteria
Ability to work in a global environment with stakeholders fromdifferent culturesand time zones
Excellent communication and networking skills
Fluent in English both written and spoken
The following qualifications are a plus:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems orother relevantarea
Salesforce certifications
Project management experience
Experiencefromthe security industry
The position will be basedin our headquarters in Lund.Travelmay be. Travel needsare plannedin alignment with your manager and the team.
