Your role
The System Diagnostics Engineer Aftermarket is responsible for defining validating and improving diagnostic capabilities for vehicles in operation. This role focuses on real-world workshop needs ensuring that diagnostic tools vehicle software and service processes enable fast accurate fault tracing and reduced vehicle downtime. The engineer will act as a bridge between aftermarket workshops software/ECU development teams and service tool developers using hands-on workshop experience to drive improvements in diagnostic coverage fault-tracing logic and troubleshooting efficiency for vehicles in the field
In this role you will play a key role in:
Hands-on Diagnostics & Fault Tracing
Aftermarket Process Integration
Vehicle Diagnostics Software & ECU Support
Support verification and validation of diagnostic functionality in vehicle software releases
Your profile
Hands-on experience using diagnostic and verification tools in truck or passenger car workshops.
In-depth knowledge of fault tracing common vehicle issues and real workshop operations.
Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics concepts DTC structure & implementation and ECU parameters & in-vehicle tests.
Deep understanding of aftermarket workflows and value chains.
