Supply Chain Planning Analyst – Global Logistics

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Operational Planner for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading international industrial organization in Eskilstuna.

You will join a global supply chain team focused on improving logistics efficiency optimizing spare parts distribution and driving digital transformation through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize spare parts distribution across global distribution centers.

• Monitor KPIs analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Investigate challenges and implement effective solutions to improve logistics efficiency.

• Collaborate with international teams across supply chain logistics and operations.

• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.

• Support digitalization automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

• A university degree in Industrial Engineering Logistics Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to solving complex problems.

• Experience or the ability to work with large volumes of data recognize trends and communicate findings effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills particularly when working with international teams.

• A proactive and independent working style with the confidence to take responsibility and drive tasks forward.

• A genuine interest in technology data-driven decision-making and supply chain development.

• The ability to collaborate across different departments and contribute to operational improvements.

Additional Skills That Are an Advantage

Previous experience or an interest in the following areas will be considered beneficial:

• Supply chain planning logistics operations and inventory optimization.

• Programming and data processing using Python Java or SQL.

• Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based platforms.

• Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

• Data analytics business intelligence reporting and visualization.

• Digitalization automation and process development within logistics and supply chain operations.
