About the job

As Strategy & Integration Manager you play a dual role within the Strategy & Business Development team. The role spans businessarea strategy and endtoend M&A integration from early hypotheses to postclose valuerealization. The balance between strategic planning and integration execution flexes depending on deal activity giving the role a dynamic and varied scope. You report to the Vice President and Head of Strategy & Business Development.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle and crossfunctional strategic initiatives

• Produce highquality decision material frameworks and executivelevel communications

• Design andfacilitatestrategy workshops with senior and crossfunctional stakeholders

• Own M&A integration at businessarea level from hypothesis development to execution oversight

• Coordinate integration workstreams resolve blockers andmaintainpostclose momentum

• Support valuerealizationby partnering with Finance on metrics cadence and followup

Location and flexibility

The role is preferably based at the Malmö (Hyllie) office with some international travel.

Your profile

You bring a strong strategic foundation combined with the structure and drive needed to manage complex integrations. Your background allows you to move confidently between analytical strategy work and handson execution in crossfunctional environments.

Your background includes:

• Degree in Engineering Business Management Economics or a related field (MSc preferred)

• Experience from toptier management consulting or a comparable inhouse strategy role in a multinational environment

• Demonstrated involvement in M&A processes from a strategic commercial or integration perspective

• Strong project management capability across complex multistakeholder initiatives

• Advancedproficiencyin AI and LLM tools

• Fluency in English written and spoken

Yourestructured persistent and comfortable holding others accountable whilemaintainingstrong relationships.You enjoy framing ambiguity challenging assumptions and turning complexity into clear direction. With strong integrity and discretion you adapt your communication style effortlessly whetherfacilitatinga workshop or preparing a boardlevel brief.
