Join the IT Procurement team within SAS Procurement reporting to the Head of IT Procurement. You will be part of a team working across different IT categories where you will play a key role in running sourcing initiatives and supporting Category Managers across the different categories. As a Sourcing Manager IT you will focus on executing RFPs managing supplier dialogues and leading negotiations across multiple categories ensuring efficient processes and strong commercial outcomes. You will also contribute to improving ways of working by developing and refining templates tools and sourcing processes.
This role is operational and execution focused. You will lead sourcing activities from start to finish ensuring well-run tenders competitive agreements and smooth procurement processes while staying closely connected to stakeholders and business needs.

In this exciting and dynamic role you will be navigating a dynamic environment where multiple sourcing initiatives and RFPs run in parallel often with tight timelines and shifting priorities. Working across different IT categories means quickly adapting to varying supplier landscapes and levels of complexity. A key part of the role is bringing stakeholders together aligning different needs to keep processes moving forward. You will also lead negotiations in a competitive market driving strong commercial outcomes while building effective supplier relationships while maintaining structured and high quality procurement processes.

To be successful we believe you have
The ability to work in a structured organized and proactive way even in a fast moving environment
Have 4 years experience running sourcing processes RFPs and supplier negotiations specifically within IT
Are structured and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Feel comfortable working across different IT categories and quickly adapting to new areas
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders
Are hands-on and enjoy driving processes from start to finish
Have a commercial mindset and a strong interest in achieving solid business outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with both stakeholders and suppliers
A positive and growth oriented mindset with a commitment to learning continuous improvement feedback and collaborative ways of working
A Masters degree in IT business finance or equivalent relevant professional experience
A commitment to working from the office four days per week

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik Solna (Stockholm) and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option depending on the agreement made with your manager.
