Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in industrial and supplier quality management in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence across our industrial and supplier quality processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as production procurement and engineering) oversee quality control plans and lead initiatives to enhance quality performance and compliance.
Youll specifically take care of implementing APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plans and managing supplier quality processes but also lead and develop your team to achieve excellence in quality standards.
Well look to you for:
- Leading Operational Improvement plans for industrial quality requirements.
- Driving digitalization of controls and processes using innovative solutions.
- Create and foster a strong pillar of process qualification within projects and R&D programs (Process FMEA control plans and quality control plans to meet Zero Defect objectives).
- Performing site-level analysis to enhance industrial quality performance and escalating anomalies detected on production lines for effective resolution.
- Supporting decision-making for Hand Overs (GO/NO GO) and exercising veto rights when necessary.
- Managing incoming inspection processes and ensuring compliance with inspection procedures tool calibration and non-conformity characterization.
- Ensuring supplier nonconformities are managed effectively from containment actions to root cause analysis and corrective measures.
- Managing and developing the sites Industrial Quality and Supplier Quality teams including budgeting performance management and training plans.
- Preparing and providing site reporting based on defined KPIs and driving teams and suppliers to meet assigned targets.

- Master degree in Engineering (electromechanical electrical material mechanical) or equivalent
- Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools.
- Knowledge of the railway industry (norms certifications) would be an asset
- Fluent English and Swedish would be an asset
