Shift Leader in Täby Centrum Taco Bell

Taco Bell is growing across Sweden and we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Shift Leader to join our team at Täby Centrum!

As a Shift Leader you will play an important role in the daily running of the restaurant. You will lead by example support your team during busy periods and make sure our operational standards are consistently delivered.

• Lead and motivate the team during your shifts.

• Keep service running smoothly especially during peak hours.

• Maintain high standards of food safety cleanliness and product quality.

• Support training and development of Crew Members.

• Monitor service speed guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

• Ensure the restaurant is properly prepared for service and that closing procedures are completed correctly.

• Support stock control waste management and efficient labour deployment.

• Take ownership of problems and find practical solutions.

• Previous experience in a restaurant hospitality or fast-food environment.

• Experience leading a team or a strong desire to develop into a leadership role.

• A hands-on attitude and the ability to lead by example.

• Good communication skills and a positive solution-focused mindset.

• Someone who takes responsibility follows through and cares about the details.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends including late shifts when required.

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous shift leadership experience and QSR experience are advantageous.
