Trane Technologies is hiring for a Service Technician role in this role you willplayavitalrole inensuring customer satisfaction by servicing products and equipment on assigned projects. You will have the opportunity to work withcutting-edgetechnologies and contribute to our mission of creating a more sustainable about refrigeration and have a proventrack recordin the field we invite you to apply!

What you will do:

• Take charge of commissioning and servicing HVAC equipment.

• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems on customer premises.

• Perform maintenance replacements and service upgrades.

• Build andmaintainpositive relationships with customers suppliers and co-workers.

• Collaborate with top HVAC professionals.

• Receive comprehensive technical training on the latest HVAC equipment.

What you will bring:

• Technical education (or higher) inHVACor a related field

• Experience in servicing andmaintainingchillers; experience in adata center environmentis an asset

• Genuine interest in ongoingprofessional developmentwithin the refrigeration industry

• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

• ValidFGascertificateand any other required licenses

• Electrician qualification (S3)

• Experience working in amissioncriticalenvironment including 24/7 availability rotating shiftcoverageand participation inoncallescalation tiers

• Strong skills inincident managementandroot cause analysis

• Consistent professionalism and discipline with readiness to supportinternal and external quality or compliance audits

• Solid laptop and computer skills

• Ability to drive and work across multiple locations inFinland

• High flexibility and adaptability in dynamic operational conditions

• Communicative level of English
