What youll do:
- Plan develop and execute functional test strategies for customized BioProcess Solutions including procedure development and ownership of functional testing activities.
- Review approve and provide quality oversight on test protocols created by other test engineers ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues recommend corrective actions and support service teams with maintenance repair and onsite customer installations.
- Support customers and suppliers through technical education Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ongoing collaboration across the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and continuously improve test facilities test equipment and testing capabilities to support current and future project needs.
Who you are:
- Engineer (Swedish level of Gymnasieingenjör or högskoleingenjör) in electrical engineering or equivalent technical discipline with strong handson experience.
- Solid expertise in hardware and software testing including verification validation and work within regulated environments (e.g. GMP).
- High technical competence with strong understanding of control software and preferably Bioprocess products.
- Structured analytical problemsolver with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities.
- Serviceminded team player with strong communication skills cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Natural leader and selfstarter with the ability to mentor others energize teams and operate effectively in both individual contributor and teamlead roles.
