About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX & Interaction Designer to join a forward-thinking Design and Digital Experience team focused on shaping the future of mobility. This is an opportunity to work within a highly collaborative cross-functional environment where creativity innovation and user-centered design drive the development of next-generation digital experiences.

The successful candidate will contribute to both production-ready user interface solutions and visionary concepts that define future digital experience platforms. You will play a key role in creating seamless interactions across digital and physical touchpoints including infotainment systems driver information interfaces connected services and emerging mobility experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and evolution of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions across digital products and platforms.

• Develop evaluate and document innovative multi-modal interaction concepts and information architectures.

• Assess existing HMI frameworks identify improvement opportunities and support implementation activities.

• Define and execute user research initiatives selecting appropriate methodologies based on project goals.

• Translate user research findings into actionable insights that drive iterative design improvements.

• Create detailed interaction models user flows wireframes prototypes and design specifications.

• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and implementation guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with designers researchers engineers product managers and business stakeholders.

• Apply systems-thinking principles to design cohesive user experiences across complex customer journeys.

• Lead design activities and provide guidance to other designers within the team.

• Drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UX and Interaction Design preferably within automotive mobility or other complex digital ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Proven experience planning conducting and synthesizing UX research and user testing.

• Solid knowledge of automotive HMI design processes standards and best practices.

• Experience working with design systems and creating implementation-ready specifications.

• Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives and mentor team members.

• Strong project planning and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Portfolio showcasing digital product design interaction frameworks and complex UX problem-solving.

• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary product development teams.
