About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer to join a cross-functional Digital & Interaction team focused on creating seamless user experiences across both digital and physical environments. You will collaborate closely with design engineering research product and brand teams to shape the next generation of in-car digital experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire design processfrom developing scalable design systems to creating polished production-ready user interfaces and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of interaction design and user-centered thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable design systems UI component libraries and visual guidelines.

• Create intuitive user interfaces and interaction flows for next-generation in-car experiences.

• Translate complex functional requirements into simple engaging and user-friendly designs.

• Deliver pixel-perfect production-ready UI designs and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure implementation quality.

• Develop interactive prototypes and rapidly visualize concepts through mock-ups and design iterations.

• Design high-quality iconography animations and interface assets.

• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to a collaborative design culture while mentoring and guiding other designers when needed.

• Extensive experience in UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products and user interfaces.

• Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail usability and aesthetics.

• Experience designing UI animations and micro-interactions.

• Strong icon design skills.

• Experience defining and supporting user testing for digital interfaces.

• Ability to create detailed design specifications for development teams.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams alongside designers researchers engineers product managers and strategists.

• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience within design teams.

• Fluency in English both written and spoken.

• Valid drivers license.
