Job Summary
We are seeking two Senior Test & Verification Consultants to join a newly established cross-functional test team within Surface Automation
Tasks
Role 1: System Testing & Verification
- Develop and execute test cases based on requirements
- Review requirements for clarity and testability
- Perform verification across integration system and fleet testing levels
- Support quality assurance in complex system environments
Role 2: Test Strategy & Quality Development
- Define and improve test strategy and test coverage
- Identify test gaps quality risks and improvement opportunities
- Develop methods processes and structures for long-term quality assurance
- Drive visibility and analysis of test coverage across products and systems
Requirements
- Strong experience in software testing and verification
- Background working with complex systems and multi-level testing
- Experience in test design execution documentation and quality assurance
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
Nice to Have
- Test automation experience
- Knowledge of system-of-systems environments
- Experience with change management
