Role Overview

The Desktop Team is a collaborative and mission-driven engineering team working on core desktop applications used in digital investigations. The team takes end-to-end ownership of its work contributing to everything from new feature developmenttomaintainingand improving existing functionality.

What Youll Do

  • Design implement and continuously improve new and existing features for our flagship desktop products;
  • Participate in architecture and design decisions;

  • Work closely with your team and the wider R&D organization to drive innovation;
  • Adapt to changes as they arise from business & customer needs;

  • Take ownership of your projects while writing clean testable code;
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;

  • Help reduce technical debt and improve automated testing;

  • Step in to support advanced issues and help keep things running smoothly.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong experience in backend development (.NET C#);

  • Full-stack capability (frontend backend);

  • Experience with Azure DevOps;

  • You are a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys tackling unique challenges;

  • You like working in a collaborative environment with smart funny and interesting people;

  • You are curious and enjoy learning new things;

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in React;

  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar);

  • Experience with authentication solutions (e.g. Keycloak);

  • Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).

The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications experience knowledge and skills.
