Your role
In the role of Project Manager you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation analysis of architecture create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Job Description
Senior SAP Senior Project Manager with experience in SAP delivery managed services application support and transformation programs.
Lead end-to-end SAP AMS / SAP ADM / SAP AD and project delivery engagements for utility and enterprise customers.
Act as the primary interface between client stakeholders business teams and offshore delivery organizations.
Manage service governance operational excellence service level agreements (SLAs) KPIs reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive incident problem change release and service request management processes.
Manage delivery planning resource capacity risks escalations financials and stakeholder expectations.
Lead service reviews steering committee meetings executive governance forums and customer workshops.
Ensure alignment with ITIL DevOps Agile and customer-specific delivery frameworks.
Support business growth through demand management opportunity identification and delivery excellence initiatives.
Work closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure service stability customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Ensure application scalability security and adherence to SAP development best practices.
Support DevOps processes to manage code transport and versioning efficiently.

Required:
SAP experience with significant experience as a Project Manager leading large SAP engagements.
Strong experience managing SAP AMS support enhancement rollout and transformation programs.
Proven experience in service governance SLA management KPI tracking reporting and executive stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of SAP landscape including SAP S/4HANA SAP Core Modules like SD MM FICO PM SAP BW SAP BTP and related technologies.
Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore delivery models with multicultural teams.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes incident management problem management change management and service operations.
Experience in commercial management budgeting forecasting resource planning and contract governance.
Outstanding client-facing leadership negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.




Fluent Swedish language skills are required.
Availability and ability to work onsite in Sweden and engage effectively with business and IT stakeholders at all organizational levels.
