𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead internal projects drive organisational change and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder management project governance risk management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through change.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets resources and deliverables.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Drive change management initiatives and implementation of new IT solutions.

Monitor project progress milestones risks and dependencies.

Prepare status reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Establish project governance decision-making processes and accountability.

Identify project risks develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication.

Lead coach and support project teams to improve delivery performance.

Ensure projects comply with internal policies procedures and relevant requirements.

Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration or a related field.

1012 years of relevant IT experience.

Proven experience managing internal projects in a corporate environment.

Strong experience in change management and implementing new solutions.

Good technical understanding of IT projects and systems.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent stakeholder management leadership negotiation and communication skills.

Experience managing project risks budgets schedules resources and governance.

Strong analytical problem-solving and organisational skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Must be based in Sweden.

𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The role is fully on-site during the first few months.

Some remote-working flexibility may be available later depending on workload and business needs.
