Senior Operations Controller

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Operations Controller on behalf of one of our partner companies. You see finance as both a decision and control function combining accuracy with the curiosity to turn numbers into action.

The partner is strengthening its capability in operational performance insight for service and production leaders. You will take responsibility for work that connects forecasting KPI analysis and cost drivers while ensuring that business cases and dashboards receive appropriate discipline. • Relevant experience delivering operational performance insight for service and production leaders in a demanding environment.

• Strong working knowledge of forecasting and KPI analysis.

• Practical experience applying cost drivers and business cases.

• Ability to assess risk priorities and trade-offs involving dashboards.

• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.

• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

• Experience from multi-site operations or service delivery.

• Exposure to performance dialogue in a cross-functional environment.

• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
