𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are looking for experienced mechanical engineers to develop tailored technical solutions for truck customer requirements. You will assess the feasibility of non-standard technical combinations across the chassis area and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Investigate and evaluate the technical feasibility of customer-specific solutions
Design mechanical solutions using CAD when required
Release and introduce new parts to support customer adaptations
Collaborate with chassis engineering manufacturing and purchasing teams
Contribute to technical analysis problem-solving and continuous improvement
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of automotive industry experience
Hands-on experience with CREO and KOLA or relevant Volvo engineering systems
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
Proactive mindset good communication and teamwork skills

Chassis packaging components and systems
Customer adaptation and customized vehicle solutions
