Senior Management Consultant – Business & Service Transformation

CGI Business Consulting is expanding its advisory capabilities within Business & Service Transformation in Western and Southern Sweden.

We are looking for experienced management consultants who are passionate about helping organizations reinvent their business services and operating models to remain competitive in an increasingly digital AI-enabled and customer-driven world.

As a Senior Management Consultant you will help some of the regions leading organizations transform how they create value for customers develop new business opportunities and modernize their operations. You will work at the intersection of business strategy service innovation organizational transformation and digital enablement.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges advising executive decision-makers and building long-term client relationships while helping grow CGIs Business Consulting practice.

Typical clients include companies within manufacturing automotive energy & utilities public sector transportation healthcare and other organizations undergoing significant business transformation.

You will advise executive management teams on how to strengthen competitiveness unlock new growth opportunities and adapt their business to changing market conditions customer expectations and emerging technologies.

Your role combines strategic advisory business development and transformation leadership.

Business Transformation & Trusted Advisor

You will lead executive workshops and strategic decision-making processes analyze markets customer needs and business models and develop future-state strategies commercialization plans transformation roadmaps and implementation plans. A key part of the role may involve helping industrial companies evolve from product- and transaction-based business models towards service-led solution-based and recurring-revenue models.

Typical assignments include:
Business strategy growth strategy and transformation
Market analysis customer insights and competitive positioning
Market entry market penetration and go-to-market strategy
Business model innovation and commercialization
Servitization and transition to solution-based business models
Operating model organizational design and governance
Customer experience and value proposition design
Digital business transformation


Thought Leadership & Capability Development

You will play an important role in helping shape and grow CGIs advisory capabilities within business transformation service innovation and business design.
This includes:

Developing new consulting offerings
Contributing to CGIs methodologies and best practices
Sharing knowledge across CGIs national and global network
Coaching colleagues and supporting capability development
Building thought leadership through customer dialogues presentations publications and industry insights


Business Development & Sales

As a Senior Management Consultant you are expected to play an active role in growing CGIs business and strengthening our market position.
This includes:
Leading and driving business development initiatives within existing and new client accounts
Identifying developing and converting new business opportunities into consulting engagements
Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Leading sales dialogues and executive-level customer discussions
Leading and contributing to proposals bids and client presentations
Packaging developing and commercializing CGIs advisory offerings
Representing CGI at customer meetings industry events and professional networks
Collaborating across CGIs business units to create integrated client solutions
Contributing to account growth strategies and expanding existing client engagements

Fluency in English is required. Swedish is considered an advantage.
