WHAT YOULL DO 

Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Store Performance team at H&M. Store Performance helps thousands of store colleagues make better decisions through insights analytics and increasingly AI-powered experiences. As we evolve from traditional dashboards towards intelligent decision support youll play a key role in shaping the future of the platform. 

As a Senior Engineer youll combine hands-on development with technical leadership helping the team design and deliver scalable secure and high-performing solutions across the full stack while mentoring others and driving engineering excellence.  

In addition to above you will:

  • Design build and maintain modern full stack applications and services. 
  • Contribute to architecture and technical roadmap decisions. 
  • Work closely with Product Design Data and Engineering partners to deliver customer value. 
  • Drive engineering best practices across quality security testing and observability. 
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews knowledge sharing and technical guidance. 
  • Improve platform reliability performance and operational excellence. 
  • Explore AI MCP and context-engineering approaches where they create meaningful business value. 
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning innovation and collaboration.

Were looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with a collaborative mindset. 

You likely have: 

  • 5 years of software engineering experience. 
  • Strong full stack development experience with modern web technologies. 
  • Experience working with React TypeScript APIs cloud platforms and modern engineering practices. 
  • Solid understanding of software architecture scalable system design and engineering best practices. 
  • Experience with CI/CD automated testing monitoring and operational excellence. 
  • A passion for mentoring others and improving how teams work. 
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. 
  • Curiosity about AI intelligent applications and emerging technologies. 

Most importantly youre someone who enjoys solving real business problems taking ownership and helping others succeed.
