Senior Business Controller to a Global Company
Job Summary
Are you an experienced Business Controller who thrives in a fast-paced international environment We are now looking for a Senior Business Controller who will take on a key role in financial analysis forecasting and performance tracking working closely with regional stakeholders to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
This is a full-time consulting assignment for a period of 4 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the company.
The company is a global organization with headquarters in Stockholm operating across multiple international markets. You will be part of a professional and fast-paced environment where collaboration across regions and functions is a natural part of the daily work. The role involves close interaction with senior leadership and contributes directly to the efficiency of executive operations.

In this role you will be part of the Group Finance team and play an important role in ensuring accurate financial reporting analysis and planning during a period of transition. You will work closely with regional stakeholders and local country offices combining analytical expertise with a hands-on and proactive approach.
Key tasks include:
Preparing and analyzing regional and product financial data and presenting actionable insights
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Monitoring financial KPIs analyzing variances and identifying risks and cost-optimization opportunities
Collaborating with regional teams and local markets to align financial planning with business objectives
Performing financial modeling and working hands-on with financial systems and data
Maintaining reporting quality and integrity across corporate systems
5 years of experience in business controlling corporate finance or a similar role
Strong experience in budgeting forecasting financial analysis and financial modeling
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Strong self-leadership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong system aptitude and a hands-on approach to working with financial data
It is also meritorious if you have:
Experience working with Anaplan
Strong technical skills and experience with complex SaaS or system environments
Experience from a global fast-growing technology SaaS or telecommunications company
To succeed in this role you are proactive adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment. You have strong interpersonal skills enjoy collaborating across regions and functions and actively contribute to a knowledge-sharing and team-oriented culture.
