About the job
The Scrum Masters primary responsibility is assisting self-organizing self-managing teams to achieve their goals. The Scrum Master also work with the extended Scrum Master community including Release Train Engineers to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the the scrum master role you will be working with Integration Hub teams.
Responsibilities
Facilitates the teams progress toward team goals
Facilitates preparation and readiness for ART events
Facilitates events
Facilitates the removal of impediments and help handling risks
Support Product Owners
Leads team efforts in relentless improvement
Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
Coordinates with other scrum masters and agile coaches.
Enables organizational effectiveness
Who are you
You are structured and driven with the ability to see the big picture. You are collaborative and adaptable able to interact with all kinds of people. You also need to be comfortable in not being the subject matter expert more focusing on driving the process with a lean agile mindset.
It is fundamental that you are interested in understanding the challenges related to integration and how to overcome them by bringing in new ideas and having an open mindset.
What you know
To succeed in this role you have an interest in Computer Science. You have relevant academic background and a prior experience from IT delivery or software development and/or an agile way of working. Experience from Microsoft Azure Devops is an advantage.
