Position Description:

As a member-owned company CGI is built on ownership entrepreneurship and long-term client partnerships. As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you will play a key role in shaping our HR transformation offerings take ownership of client implementations and mentor other consultants

This is an opportunity for an experienced SuccessFactors professional who combines deep functional expertise with leadership capabilities and a passion for helping organizations transform their people processes through technology.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As a senior member of our SAP SuccessFactors practice you will:

.Lead SuccessFactors transformation programs from strategy through implementation optimization and run
.Act as a trusted advisor to HR executives business leaders and program sponsors.
.Drive solution architecture and design across Employee Central Onboarding Compensation and adjacent SuccessFactors modules.
.Lead workshops business process design sessions and organizational transformation initiatives.
.Support business development activities proposal development and client relationship management.
.Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants helping to strengthen CGIs SuccessFactors capabilities.
.Contribute to practice development thought leadership and innovation initiatives within SAP SuccessFactors.
.Collaborate with SAP and CGI global teams to bring industry-leading practices and solutions to our clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Core Experience

.Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
.Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding and Compensation.
.Professional SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central and relevant SF modules.
.Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs.
.Experience serving as Lead Consultant Solution Architect Stream Lead.
.Strong understanding of HR operating models talent management processes compensation strategy and workforce administration.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
.Swedish language preferred
.Fluent in English speaking & Writing mandatory
.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integrations and HR-related business processes.
.Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
.Experience with SuccessFactors integrations middleware platforms APIs and data migration.
.Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite CPI and related integration technologies.
.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern project management practices.
.University degree in Information Technology Business Administration Human Resources Engineering or a related discipline.
