The ResilienceOfficer is a critical role within the second line ofdefenseof Bambora part this role you will be a part of the team leading the charge in strengthening our companysresilienceandbusiness continuitymanagement processes. If youre someonewhoseesthe bigger picturehasaliking forproblem-solving andhas akeeninterest inresilience and business continuity management wed love to hear from you.
Reporting directly to theEntitysHead of Risk and Compliance Officerand alsosupporting your local entitys management team and senior specialists youll play an integral role in driving the effective operation of our operating environment. You will be supported by the global entityresilienceofficer network and will also participate in global resilienceinitiatives to ensure thatbusiness continuitymanagement industry best practices are rolled-out acrossWorldline.

- Develop and maintain the companys Business ImpactAnalysisbycoordinatingassessmentsacross the operationproviding expertise and challengingstakeholderassumptions
- Developand maintainBusiness Continuity Plans and CrisisManagementPlans and work closely together withsenior IT managementensuring the integration of ICT Continuity-and Recovery plans.
- Developandplanlocal test programsand coordinate theirexecutiontogether withsenior IT management
- Provideexpert guidance on regulatoryresilienceand incident managementrequirementsincludingDORA
- Monitor andoversee the local incident management supporting in continuous improvementsand lessons learned
- Implement and drive localbusiness continuity and resilienceawareness programs
- Developlocal business continuitypoliciesstrategiesand objectives and oversee compliancewithregulatory requirements both locally and in our business globally.

- 4 years within a 2nd line Risk Management and/or Control Function role.
- Excellent knowledge and awareness related toresilience and business continuity best practices and frameworks
- Knowledge about DORA incl incident- andbusiness continuitymanagement.
- Experience in or with strongly regulated institutions and industries.
- Self-driven ethics and initiative in assignments and stakeholder management.
- Ability to present and influence decision making with executive audiences.
- Experience working in matrix organizations.
