R&D Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about innovation and energy technology We are looking for a driven R&D Project Manager to lead cutting-edge projects focused on improving the performance and reliability of gas turbine this role you will take full ownership of projects from concept to delivery working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic global environment. Youll play a key role in driving innovation ensuring quality and contributing to the ongoing energy transition.

• Lead and manage R&D projects end-to-end from initiation through delivery and follow-up

• Develop structured project plans and break them into actionable milestones

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (310 members) and foster strong collaboration

• Monitor schedules costs and quality while ensuring alignment with stakeholders and resource owners

• Facilitate meetings and support teams in solving technical challenges with creative solutions

• 5 years of experience in project management preferably in an R&D environment

• Proven ability to successfully lead complex technical projects

• Experience with gas turbines control systems or power generation is highly advantageous

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus

• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
