Each role can be divided into between 1-4 levels depending on the required skills and experience in the role. Not all roles have to be in 4 levels. A project manager for example may need to be at least level 3.

Keep in mind that it is a general description per role and level not per individual. However this then forms the basis for the individual-based plan which is designed in detail every year through the work with PDF the performance and development discussion.

When you work on developing the roles use the following leveling as a guideline for the leveling.

Level 1

Recent graduate or new hire the role level requires no or little practical experience in the role.

Level 2

The role level requires some experience and basic skills in the field.

• Has participated in a few assignments in the field.
• Mastering the role at a basic level
• Can independently be responsible for and perform the required tasks.
• Has carried out assignments with good quality.
• (Can be responsible for projects of up to xxxx SEK)

Level 3

The role level requires extensive experience and expertise in the field.

• Has independently carried out several assignments in the field.
• Owns own projects and has the ability to develop the business within projects.
• Is a role model and can lead others at a lower level.
• Can be responsible for sub-area.
• Has carried out assignments with good quality.
• Owns and develops customer contacts within the projects it is responsible for.
• (Responsible for projects in the order of xxxxxx SEK.)

Level 4

The role level requires a great deal of experience and expertise in the field.

• Has had the main responsibility for a large number of assignments in the field.
• Is a role model for his company (internally and externally).
• Has main responsibility or a leading role or unique expertise in their field.
• Has carried out assignments with very high quality.
• Owns and develops customer contacts on a large scale.

Reports to Site Manager and is part of the companys Management Team

• Responsible for the Quality Process as described in our Business System (QMS Quality Management System) which includes responsibility for the Customer Complaint Process Development & Care of our ISO-certified Business System (QMS) Internal Audit and Environmental Certification.
• Cohesion regarding the structure of the Product Development process regarding certification of products (e.g. PPAP).
• Responsible for handling customer complaints including responses to customers and elimination of identified root causes.
• Responsible for follow-up and reporting of company-wide KPIs linked to Quality towards Customer.
• Work with Continuous Improvements to increase product quality.
• Responsible for Resource Balancing and Competence Assurance within the area of responsibility.

• Reports the status of ORM regarding Customer Complaints
• Manage evaluate and respond to Customer Evaluations.
• Management and evaluation of Field Returns.
• Warranty cost management. (Negotiation not included)
• Planning and implementation of External Audits (ISO 9001/14001 VDA 6.3 IATF16949).
• Planning and implementation of Internal Audits.
• Report monthly results based on parameters presented by Finance Manager in the forum for Financial Performance Monitoring EPPM
• That the business complies with laws and regulations based on directives from the Legal Requirements Lists
• The Chemicals management process
• Carry out the Performance Process for directly subordinate staff and ensure that the Performance Process is carried out within the entire area of responsibility (performance appraisals to identify personal goals including follow-up and salary setting set against these).

• Cost approval according to authorization plan 40001-0001
• Stop activities that do not meet set environmental or quality criteria.
• Approve claims
• Ordering overtime
• Edit time reporting for subordinates

• At least Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Quality Processes and ISO Audits / IATF Certification.
• Further education in economics is an advantage.
• 5-10 years of overall business experience with at least five years in Quality Management.

• Communicative in both speech and writing.
• Analytical good ability in structuring data processing and root cause analyses.
• Understanding of quality systems ISO certification methods statistical process control
• Understanding of quality concepts in a Lean Manufacturing Environment.
• Good knowledge of Six Sigma methods and tools.
• English fluent in speech and writing.
• Knowledge of customer requirements and customer perception of product quality
• Knowledge of competitors and industry standards in relation to product quality
• Knowledge of our product range.
