The opportunity

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Project Manager Material Kits to join our Power Transformers business in this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and driving Material Kit projects to ensure material availability and successful project execution within agreed timelines quality standards and budgets.

You will work closely with Planning SCM Engineering Production and Project Management teams acting as a key coordinator to ensure that material kits are delivered according to project requirements. How youll make an impact

• Lead and coordinate Material Kit projects ensuring material readiness and successful execution according to project timelines budgets and quality requirements.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain Management Planning Engineering Production Procurement and Project Management functions to align material availability with project needs.
• Monitor project progress costs delivery performance risks and key milestones providing clear status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify mitigate and resolve material shortages bottlenecks and other project challenges to secure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes material flow operational efficiency and overall project performance.

Your background

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Administration Project Management or another relevant field.
• Experience in project management planning supply chain logistics manufacturing or related business operations preferably in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and influence others through collaboration and expertise.
• Fluency in English written and spoken; experience with ERP systems such as SAP and knowledge of manufacturing power transformers or supply chain processes are considered an advantage.
