As a Project Leader Events & Communication you will be responsible for planning coordinating and delivering tailor-made strategic events and VIP visits that support Tetra Paks business goals and strengthen our brand experience.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders senior leaders and external guests to create memorable experiences that showcase our business innovation and culture. Every event and visit is unique requiring strong project management skills excellent communication and a proactive mindset.

About our team
Our team manages and supports visits with strategic impact. We project lead and deliver tailor-made strategic events and VIP visits that support Tetra Paks business goals and brand experience. Our primary focus is on external stakeholders while also supporting internal initiatives connected to the Lund site leadership events and strategic priorities. Whether it is a high-level executive visit a partner delegation or a large-scale site experience we carefully customize every event to meet specific objectives and create value for both participants and the business. We ensure each visit is professionally planned and flawlessly executed combining smooth logistics with meaningful content and exceptional hospitality.


This position is based in Lund this role you will report to Manager VIP Visits & Events Engagement Sweden Sustainability & Communications.

What you will do

Lead and coordinate strategic events VIP visits and stakeholder engagements from concept through execution.
Manage project plans agendas logistics budgets timelines and communications.
Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging visit programs and event content.
Ensure seamless execution of on-site activities and deliver a professional visitor experience
Develop communication materials presentations and messaging that support event objectives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of event processes tools and visitor experience.

We believe you have

To succeed in this role you are a highly organized and service-minded professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are confident working with senior stakeholders and have the ability to turn complex requirements into seamless experiences.

We believe you have:
A university degree in Communications Event Management Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in event management project management communications or a similar role.
Excellent event management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with senior leaders.
A structured proactive and solution-oriented approach.
The ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess the ability to quickly grasp and learn new technical tools & experience from working with AI-tools.
