Project Lead AUV-as-a-Service

Official job title is Project Lead - AUV-as-a-Service and will be based in Gothenburg Sweden.

This position will manage AUV-as-a-Service projects from contract award through to delivery and closeout. The role will be responsible for project planning execution commercial performance stakeholder management and successful delivery of operational objectives Key responsibilities include:

• Leading AUV projects from handover to successful completion.
• Developing project and mission plans including schedules resources risk management and deployment strategies.
• Managing client communications project reviews and stakeholder expectations.
• Managing project budgets forecasting invoicing cashflow and overall financial performance.
• Monitoring risks resolve issues and ensure compliance with contractual operational and EHSQ requirements.
• Supporting tendering bid development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with clients partners suppliers and subcontractors.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Marine Science Oceanography Project Management Business or a related discipline.
• Professional project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 APM or equivalent) is preferred.
• With at least 5-8 years experience in project management within the offshore marine subsea engineering or autonomous systems sectors.
• Experience delivering offshore subsea marine technology survey or autonomous systems projects.
• Strong project management commercial and client-facing skills.
• Experience managing budgets schedules risks and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and operational locations as required
