Shape the Financial Success of Global Projects as a Project Controller

In this role you will partner with project teams and management supporting complex international projects from both a financial and business perspective. You will turn numbers into meaningful insights that help improve project profitability and decision-making. • You will act as a finance business partner for project teams supporting andmonitoringthe financial performance of a global project portfolio throughout its lifecycle.

• You will drive financial improvements and risk mitigation activities to help achieve project profitability and cash flow targets while ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

• You will collaborate with project managers to control project costs estimates risks opportunities and foreign currency exposure.

• You will challenge and support project managers in budgeting forecasting project establishment recognition plans and other financial matters.

• You will prepare monthlyprojectand P&L reporting provide insightful analysis to management and contribute to the development of tools processes and ways of working.

Expectations for you

• You have amasters degree in finance Business Administration or another relevant field with a solid understanding of project financials.

• You have 25 years of experience in finance controlling or a similar role supporting a global business environment.

• You have strong MS Office skills particularly Excel as well as experience with ERP systems financial reporting tools and other financial systems.

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to reconcile consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.

• You have strong business acumen influencing skills and the ability to build credibility and drive results across a global organization.

• You communicate effectively in both Swedish and English verbally and in writing.
