Your crew
Our production team at our brand-new factory in Linköping currently consists of around 100 dedicated people. We come from different backgrounds which allows us to complement each other and benefit from each others experiences. Here we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. Since we are still building up our production we have great opportunities to influence and improve the way we work perfect for those who like to be involved and make an impact from the start! Your mission
- Create and maintain short- and midterm production schedules.
- Monitor execution and adjust for deviations or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability.
- Follow up on WIP inventory and lead times.
- Maintain planning data and basic master data.
- Support improvements in planning accuracy and ERP usage.
- Communicate priorities and plan changes.
- Contribute to KPI monitoring such as schedule adherence.
Your story
Musts:
- 23 years experience in production planning or similar.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
- Strong ERP/MRP experience.
- Knowledge of planning analytics or scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to haves:
- Lean/continuous improvement experience.
- Degree in logistics supply chain engineering or equivalent work experience.
